You will plan daily production, manage merchandising, scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance while coaching associates to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Bakery Department operations with emphasis on quality, freshness, presentation, and service
• Foster a welcoming, customer-focused environment and resolve customer concerns and special orders
• Plan and execute daily bakery production based on sales trends and seasonal demand
• Execute merchandising plans, promotions, planograms, and seasonal programs
• Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and shrink
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
• Hire, train, coach, and develop bakery associates while promoting teamwork and accountability
