Job summary

• Execute merchandising plans, promotions, and seasonal programs
• Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and shrink
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Hire, train, and develop bakery associates while promoting teamwork
