Responsibilities

Oversee daily Bakery operations, ensuring quality, freshness, presentation, and service.
Foster a welcoming, customer-focused environment and resolve concerns.
Plan and execute daily bakery production based on sales trends.
Execute merchandising plans, promotions, and seasonal programs.
Manage sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and shrink.
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
Hire, train, and develop bakery associates while promoting teamwork.
