Hugo's Family Marketplace in Grand Forks, ND seeks a Bakery Manager to oversee daily bakery operations, production schedules, inventory, safety, and customer service. Lead and train staff to deliver high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced environment, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (a culinary/bakery degree is a plus) and experience managing production, staffing, inventory, budgeting, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience overseeing production schedules and ensuring quality.
• Experience in training and scheduling employees.
• Experience in budgeting and adherence to safety regulations.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsabilités
