You will ensure quality, safety, scheduling, and onboarding, and you may step in for the BOM during absences.

A proven track record in fast-paced hospitality or retail is preferred. This position offers growth into higher-level bakery leadership and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations.
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to perform all bakery roles during peak business periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute core bakery operations including inventory rotation, scheduling support, staffing coordination, and administrative checklists.
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience standards.
• Support ordering, inventory accuracy, and shrink control.
• Assist in schedule creation and labor execution to meet targets.
• Manage bakery operations independently in the absence of BOM and partner with leadership to close gaps.
