Nothing Bundt Cakes in Pennsylvania is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead a cake‑loving team, ensure guest delight, and keep the bakery running smoothly in a growing brand environment that celebrates joy and community.

You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, scheduling, inventory, cost control, and safety standards while delivering exceptional service and coordinating local outreach. The role offers room to grow with a brand known for quality, teamwork and a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post‑secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail/hospitality/foodservice.
• Experience hiring and developing teams and achieving financial objectives.
• Experience creating productivity goals, inventory par levels and team schedules, and managing costs.
• Foodservice safety training certificate or required to obtain within 30 days.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes guest experience and fosters a positive work environment.
• Recruits and trains talent and communicates performance expectations.
• Coaches and follows up to develop the team and manage performance.
• Defines Assistant Manager role and supports bakery leadership.
• Identifies future leaders and cross‑trains staff.
• Maintains knowledge of bakery roles and steps to respond to business needs.
