Job summary

Harps bakery team member sought to deliver value through strong customer focus and operational excellence. This role supports bakery department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, inventory prep and cleanliness, while ensuring products meet packaging, labeling and safety standards.

You will participate in replenishment and inventory processes, including ordering, receiving, back stock, and product handling to maintain department financial goals and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support bakery department operations including readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies, inventory preparation, and cleanliness.
• Assist with bakery replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing and back stock.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling and weighing of product per guidelines.
• Follow food safety production guidelines and use approved equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Provide friendly, customer-focused service and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
