Job summary

UNFI is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Bakery Manager for Cub Roseville West to lead the bakery department, driving sales, margins, and a positive customer experience. The role focuses on staffing, food safety, and efficient operations in a fast-paced grocery setting.

You will supervise daily bakery tasks, plan displays, coordinate with teams, and ensure quality products while maintaining a safe work environment for associates.

Qualifications

• Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Good judgment with limited supervision

Responsibilities

• Positively influence department labor and productivity through task organization and delegation.
• Train and evaluate bakery department personnel.
• Assist customers with questions or requests.
• Plan, set, and maintain bakery cases.
• Organize, direct and assist with daily department functions.
• Perform baking and product preparation.
• Monitor and direct bakery sanitation to ensure proper condition.
• Order and receive bakery shipments correctly.
