Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is seeking a Bakery 2nd to oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring quality and hygiene while leading a team of bakers. You will prepare doughs, weigh ingredients, and operate baking equipment to deliver consistent products.

Candidates should have 5+ years baking experience with supervisory exposure, strong leadership, and excellent customer service. This on-site role reports to the bakery lead and requires weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 5+ years as Baker; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bakery team and ensure efficient production.
• Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes.
• Weigh and measure ingredients precisely for consistency.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment (mixers, ovens, proofing chambers).
• Shape, mold, and decorate doughs for a range of products.
• Train and mentor new bakery staff.
• Handle customer inquiries and special orders; ensure satisfaction.
