Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate for the company and embody POSH POP culture.
• Retain and demonstrate proper procedures delivered by managers.
• Use proper techniques for mixing, pouring, and storing batters and icings.
• Help wash dishes, bake and cool as needed.
• Prepare batters and icings to send to other bakeries when appropriate.
• Maintain a steady pace to complete tasks on time.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks as outlined in opening/closing checklists.
