Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience and ability to hire, develop and separate Team Members.
• Strong knowledge of product, pricing, merchandising and inventory management.
• Food safety certification or commitment to obtain within 6 months.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations to meet profitability, expense control and safety standards.
• Hold team members accountable for outstanding customer service and sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive teamwork and morale.
• Monitor product assortment, merchandising and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with department leaders and vendors on operations.
• Provide timely performance evaluations and coaching.
• Communicate WFM vision and goals to the team.
