Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or GED.
• Must read and write in English (all production paperwork and data entry is in English).
• One year of experience in the food industry, preferably manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sized mixers and properly combine ingredients to form dough.
• Follow mix sheets and complete required documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify ingredients and lot numbers, monitor for allergens and cross-contamination.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors, and perform other duties as assigned.
