Job summary

Dewey’s Bakery, Inc. is seeking a Mixer for the 1st shift in Winston-Salem, NC. You will operate an industrial-sized mixer, combine ingredients to make dough, and follow GMP/SOPs to ensure product quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, English literacy, and prior food manufacturing experience. Overtime, including weekends, may be required as part of the production schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Reads and writes in English for production paperwork.
• 1 year of experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with industrial size mixers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial size mixer and combine ingredients to make dough.
• Follow GMP rules and SOPs; identify ingredients and lot numbers.
• Complete mix sheets and documentation accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and report quality issues to supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
