Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Bakery Manager in the United States (Ohio/South Euclid) to lead and develop a 15-25 person team across front and back of house. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach staff, and oversee baking, frosting, and operations while ensuring brand standards and strong financial performance.

The role offers a starting salary of $45,000–$50,000 depending on experience, with eligible bonuses, paid vacation, and additional benefits after a short period.

Responsibilities

• Accountability: develop and maintain a friendly work environment with a strong commitment to making genuine connections and high-quality service.
• Communication: coordinate with Area Managers, Owners, Vendors, and Guests; report updates during visits.
• Training and Development: manage onboarding and ongoing coaching for new hires and future leaders.
• Operations: lead 15-25 employees; oversee baking, frosting, utility, crafting, and guest service; manage inventory and ordering.
• Guest Service: ensure superior guest experience with minimal wait times and professional demeanor.
• Financial Performance: manage bakery profitability, hit COGS and labor targets while minimizing waste.
• Marketing and Events: spearhead promotions and coordinate events.
• Reporting: complete schedules, sales, and labor reports; maintain accurate trackers.
• Independence: operate the bakery without shift-coverage assistance; develop solutions autonomously.
• Holiday/Event Execution: manage high-volume days and ensure staffing and inventory.
• Team Management: coach the team, assess fit, and escalate as needed.
