85°C Bakery Cafe in Prosper, TX is seeking a Store Supervisor to join the management team. This full‑time, on‑site role reports to the General/Assistant Manager and oversees daily operations, opening to closing, and guest readiness.

You will lead shifts, build schedules, train staff, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure standards are met. Weekend and holiday availability is required; physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations at leadership level.
• Associate/Bachelor degree preferred; high school diploma accepted.
• Strong organizational, communications and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Good attendance and availability to work weekends/holidays.
• Adaptation to the 85°C concept and standards.

The Role

As a Store Supervisor, you're a key part of the management team and run daily operations when the General or Assistant Manager is away. You'll lead shifts, develop the team, and keep the store guest-ready from open to close.

What You'll Do

• Drive sales, manage inventory, and keep the store clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Support hiring, coaching, and day-to-day performance on the floor.
• Ensure company standards and policies are met on every shift.

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor degree preferred;
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at leadership level position;
• Strong organizational, communications and leadership skills;
• Ability to multitask and work with tight deadline to meet new or changing demands;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel;
• Good attendance and available to work overtime when needed;
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts;
• Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept;
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
