Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• I acknowledge that the position requires completion of trainings and assessments

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bakery team to meet the business plan and member expectations.
• Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, and improve the shopping experience.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area while planning weekly bakery volumes.
• Ensure quality, inventory accuracy, equipment usage, production safety and compliance.
• Train and develop team members to deliver high quality products to members.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to identify improvements and implement solutions
• Model ethical, compliant behavior and uphold company policies.
