BAKERY/LEAD CLERK (Finance)

Backup the department manager and oversee the department successfully in the manager's absence, mastering the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including merchandising, order guides, scheduling, contribution to profit, people development, and customer service. Minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, with 1+ years retail experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
• Good math skills, including calculating discounts, proportions, and percentages.
• Basic algebra and geometry skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents like training manuals.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow SOPs for opening and closing procedures.

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking on wet surfaces, lifting up to 80 lbs, and working in hot/cold environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and relocate if necessary.
