Job summary

ESJ Enterprises Ltd O/A Tim Horton in North Vancouver, BC, is hiring a Baker to prepare breads, muffins, cookies and other baked goods, in a permanent, full-time role at 35 hours per week starting as soon as possible. You will schedule and supervise back-of-house staff, oversee operations, monitor inventory and logs, and ensure Tim Hortons standards are followed with safe, clean preparation.

This position requires at least High School education and 1 year or more of experience, with English

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• 1+ year of bakery experience or related work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, muffins, cookies and other baked products.
• Decorate baked goods with frostings and other toppings.
• Schedule and supervise back of house staff.
• Oversee back of house operations and ensure efficiency.
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines for product preparation.
• Complete logs as per standards and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor fridge/freezer inventory and submit order quantities.
• Support a clean and safe work environment through regular cleanup.
• May hire and train baking staff.
