Responsibilities include preparing breads, muffins and other baked goods, decorating items, supervising back-of-house staff, ensuring quality, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, muffins, cookies and other baked products.
• Decorate baked goods with frostings and other toppings.
• Schedule and supervise back of house staff.
• Oversee back of house operations.
• Follows Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products.
• Ensure quality of products meets established standards.
• Monitors fridge/ freezer product inventory and submits order quantities.
• Supports a clean environment through regular clean up.
• May hire and train baking staff.
