Job summary

Whole Foods Market seeks a dedicated Team Member to replenish, merchandize, and manage inventory for bakery, coffee, and juice products. You will support regional purchasing and promotional programs, maintain signage, and ensure health and safety standards.

Strong math, computer, and communication skills help you educate the team and deliver excellent customer service. You will lift up to 50 pounds, work flexible shifts, and collaborate with vendors to meet sales targets while upholding Whole

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Replenishes products following proper buying procedures.
• Monitors open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Requests and ensures proper signage.
• Controls spoilage/shrink; participates in inventory.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Ensures timely and accurate orders to monitor inventory turns.
• Maintains positive relationships with vendors.
• Oversees customer special order procedures.
• Analyzes product transfers, waste, and spoilage.
• Supports leadership in inventories.
• Maintains profitability by meeting purchasing and sales targets.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
