The Fresh Market is looking for team members who can work in Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will engage guests, learn their needs, and help them create meal solutions while learning product knowledge across departments.

As part of our team, you will merchandise, stock, and ensure a hospitable shopping experience, while maintaining cleanliness and professionalism in appearance and conduct.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service, which includes engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items to assist guests across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products to create a hospitable shopping experience.
• Gather shopping carts and assist in general housekeeping throughout the store.
