• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Prepare product for sale (baking, weighing, pricing).
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness.
• Assist in cake decorating as needed.
• Maintain sanitation in the cooler, freezer, prep area, and sales floor.
• Communicate guest requests to management.
• Notify supervisor of temperature breakdowns.
• Keep supply area neat and tidy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform front end duties to ensure “no noticeable wait” standard is maintained.
• Announce specials and sale info on the PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
