Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Language: Reads and comprehends simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; writes simple correspondence.
• Meets the state minimum requirement to work with slicers or other bakery equipment and tools.
• Valid State Food Handlers Permit.
• Valid Driver's License or State I.D. Card.

Responsabilités

• Reporting for assigned shifts on time and regularly, communicating clearly and performing tasks safely and efficiently.
• Promoting sales by providing guests with high-quality products produced according to company formulas.
• Providing exceptional guest service by using training to ensure a great experience.
• Maintaining production of donuts, cakes, and related items per company standards and weights.
• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure ingredients are in good condition and quantities are correct.
• Mentoring new associates and promoting a positive learning environment.
• Upholding safety, sanitation, and policies in the workplace.
