In this fast-paced role, you will support guest hospitality, maintain sanitation standards, bake items like donuts, pastries, and cookies, stock shelves, operate POS systems, and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: Experience in grocery, retail, or food service environments.
• Preferred: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (certification a plus).
• Preferred: Experience with food preparation, baking, or kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, slicers).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service and maintain presentation and department standards.
• Deliver helpful, respectful service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Package, label, stock, and display bakery products while maintaining quality.
• Prepare and bake items per production schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas per sanitation guidelines.
• Assist guests with selections, allergen information, and special orders.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise using FIFO to minimize waste.
• Operate POS systems and related equipment accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs.
• Collaborate with teammates across departments.
• Follow company policies and participate in trainings.
• Remain productive during slower periods by cleaning or restocking.
