Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver outstanding customer service across Fresh departments. You will engage with shoppers, share product knowledge, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

In this role, you’ll stock, rotate, and merchandise items, collaborate with teammates across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery, and use store technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Customer‑facing role requiring friendliness and product knowledge.
• Strong listening and communication skills are essential.
• Comfort with using store tech and POS systems.
• Attention to detail in displays, pricing, and sanitation.
• Ability to follow processes and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
