Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Dough Table Operator at our Jacksonville facility to assist the dough mixer and manage table operations, including loading dough into the sheeter and monitoring the honey bun fryer. This role supports product safety and quality on a daily basis.

The position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capability to perform repetitive hand-finger motions in a production environment. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Position requires ability to push/pull, reach forward 12–24 inches and reach above shoulder level.
• Required lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting exceeding 50 pounds.
• Basic safety and quality awareness for food production.

• Operating dough sheeter table.
• Overseeing Honey Bun Fryer.
