Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Dough Table Operator at our Jacksonville facility to assist the dough mixer and manage table operations, including loading dough into the sheeter and monitoring the honey bun fryer. This role supports product safety and quality on a daily basis.

The position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capability to perform repetitive hand-finger motions in a production environment. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Bringing Home the Dough

The Dough Table Operator's job duties consist of assisting Dough Mixer in pushing dough-filled trough to dough sheeter area and emptying scrap dough barrels in dough mixer, loading dough into dough sheeter hopper, overseeing table operations, assists in overseeing the honey bun fryer and quality of product, logs weighs and assists in setting up equipment at beginning of shift. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality, and/or quality.

Salary Range- 21.64 - 25.71
