You will hire, train and coach bakery associates, plan production based on sales trends, manage scheduling, inventory and shrink, and uphold food safety and sanitation.

• Plan and execute daily bakery production based on sales trends and seasonal demand.
• Execute merchandising plans, promotions, planograms, and seasonal programs.
• Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and shrink.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop bakery associates while promoting teamwork and accountability.
