Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Preferred: Bakery decoration experience and Food Handler Certification (Food Safety)

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Bakery team to deliver on the business plan and meet member expectations.
• Maintains knowledge of product specifications and production standards for quality and safety.
• Leverages handheld technology to plan for and drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Drives the business results with staffing for weekly bakery volumes and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
