Hannaford Supermarkets in Franklin, NH is seeking a Store/Department Manager to lead the assigned department with a focus on service, quality and presentation. You will build strong associate and customer relations, promote Hannaford strategies, and ensure safe, clean store conditions while controlling assets.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of store operations and total store merchandising techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to learn multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated good judgement solving problems and making decisions.
• Desire and ability to lead associates across multiple departments.
• Department Manager or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; Food Safety accreditation preferred.
