Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates with a positive attitude.
• Communicate department and store information to associates.
• Establish and monitor department performance goals with teamwork.
• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume.
• Train and develop associates and participate in performance appraisals.
• Answer customer questions and locate products across the store.
• Inform customers about promos and offer samples to encourage discovery.
• Review product quality and freshness and take appropriate action.
• Create and implement a department business plan to achieve results.
• Coordinate sales promotions with store management and educate staff on promotions.
