Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Bakery production including decorating (preferred)
• Food Handler Certification - Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader: supervises the bakery staff and executes the business plan.
• Be an Expert: maintain knowledge of products, safety, sanitation, and training.
• Be an Owner: drive production efficiency, inventory control, and policy compliance.
