Formación

• High School diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or food service desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail/restaurant/supermarket environment.
• Previous decorating experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes excellent customer relations with positive, polite service.
• Takes customer orders over the phone or in store, decorates products per design.
• Oversees bakery operations, scheduling, training, and cost control.
• Monitors inventory, invoices, and product freshness; ensures proper dating and restocking.
• Ensures department efficiency, proper PPE use, and adherence to recipes and safety standards.
