Responsibilities

• Provide fresh, correctly portioned products and prevent shrink.
• Recommend items to meet customer needs.
• Use bakery equipment safely according to guidelines.
• Prepare foods following temperature logs and recipes.
• Measure, mix ingredients with appropriate utensils.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Audit product quality and sell-by dates.
• Maintain proper temperatures in cases and logs.
• Assist with store layout knowledge and respond to questions.
