Responsibilities

• Prepare items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover items.
• Inform customers of bakery and/or deli specials.
• Provide customers with fresh products ordered and correct portion size.
• Recommend deli or bakery items to meet customer needs.
• Use bakery equipment according to company guidelines.
• Prepare foods according to recipe and logs.
• Measure and mix ingredients using kitchen utensils.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report product discrepancies to the department manager.
