Provide customers with fresh products that they have ordered and ensure correct portion sizes.
Recommend deli or bakery items to customers to meet their needs.
Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
Prepare foods according to temperature logs and recipes.
Measure, mix ingredients with kitchen utensils and equipment.
Adequately package, label and inventory ingredients.
Check product quality and review sell-by dates.
