• Recommend bakery or deli items to customers to meet their needs.
• Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Prepare foods according to logs and cooking instructions.
• Measure, mix ingredients with various utensils and equipment.
• Label, stock and inventory ingredients and merchandise.
