• Inform customers of bakery/deli specials and promotions.
• Provide fresh products and accurate portions to minimize shrink.
• Suggest deli/bakery items to meet customer needs.
• Operate bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Follow recipes and cooking instructions to prepare foods.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
