Responsibilities

• Grocery Clerk (Bakery/Deli) prepares items per customer requests using bakery equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items or products they inquire about.
• Inform customers of bakery/deli specials and ensure freshness and correct portion sizes.
• Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) according to guidelines.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise; maintain food safety and temperature logs.
