Stater Bros. Markets in Ridgecrest, CA is hiring a NOTC Clerk to deliver G.O.A.T service to our customers. You will assist at the service deli and bakery, prepare and package items, maintain quality, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards to create a positive shopping experience.

For graveyard shifts, responsibilities include stocking, setting up displays for the next day, and keeping areas clean, organized, and ready for opening, while following all policies and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Valid Food Handler / Health Card.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a professional demeanor and enhancing the customer’s shopping experience (G.O.A.T).
• Handle customer concerns or complaints politely and professionally, and elevate to upper management when necessary.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and merchandise deli and bakery items to ensure freshness and appeal.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and equipment; follow food safety procedures and store policies.
• Assist with inventory, display setup, and ensuring displays and shelves are ready for the next day.
