Job summary

Harris Teeter in Cary, NC is hiring a part-time associate dedicated to taking excellent care of our customers by understanding their needs and exceeding expectations. We will support you with training to deliver great service and support a friendly shopping environment.

You will build product knowledge, assist with stocking, prepare and package items, and keep the store clean and safe in a team-oriented setting. English communication and basic math for transactions are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent reading and written English abilities.
• Ability to perform basic math for transactions.
• Willingness to participate in training and work with the team.

Responsibilities

• Take care of customers and satisfy their needs.
• Provide product knowledge and assist shoppers.
• Prepare, process, package, and stock products per Fresh Foods standards.
• Clean work areas and unload/reload stock.
