2. Offer product samples to customers to promote items.
3. Inform customers of bakery and deli specials.
4. Provide fresh, correctly portioned products to prevent shrink.
5. Recommend products to customers based on their needs.
6. Use bakery equipment according to guidelines.
7. Follow food safety and temperature logs.
8. Measure, prepare, and mix ingredients as per recipes.
9. Package, label, and inventory ingredients and products.
10. Check product quality and expiration dates.
11. Use kitchen equipment safely and properly.
12. Stock and inventory merchandise accurately.
13. Report discrepancies to management.
14. Assist customers in locating products.
15. Stay updated on store promotions and product knowledge.
16. Maintain inventory and temperature logs.
17. Create a welcoming environment for customers.
18. Follow all food safety and safety procedures.
