• Informing customers of bakery and deli specials.
• Providing fresh products as ordered, ensuring correct portion sizes.
• Recommending products to customers.
• Using bakery equipment properly.
• Preparing foods according to recipes and safety standards.
• Measuring, preparing, and mixing ingredients.
• Packaging, labeling, and inventorying ingredients.
• Checking product quality and freshness.
• Properly using kitchen equipment.
• Stocking, labeling, and inventory management.
• Reporting discrepancies and maintaining store layout knowledge.
• Staying current with ads and product knowledge.
• Maintaining temperature logs and food safety standards.
• Promoting a respectful environment among staff.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
