Job Summary

To provide world-famous friendly customer service to customers, team members, and outside vendors. Responsibilities include production, wrapping, weighing, pricing, merchandising, cleaning, sanitation, stocking, putting loads away, and organizing freezers & walk-in refrigerators.

Essential Job Functions

• Making sandwiches
• Using the meat slicer
• Using the oven for baking bakery products
• Making salads and maintaining them throughout the day
• Stocking freezer and walk-in
• Stocking bakery tables, cheese case, and HMR case
• Using cleaning products to maintain sanitary conditions
• Product knowledge
• Entering information into deli scales and bakery printers
• Detailed cleaning of the entire bakery deli department
• Cleaning the rotisserie with authorized oven cleaner
• Packaging
• General cleanup
• Being aware of surroundings and working safely
• Abiding by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook
