• Providing freshly ordered products with correct portion sizes to prevent shrinkage.
• Recommending bakery or deli items based on customer needs.
• Using bakery equipment according to guidelines.
• Preparing foods following temperature logs and cooking instructions.
• Measuring, preparing, and mixing ingredients as per recipes.
• Packaging, labeling, and inventorying ingredients.
• Checking product quality and freshness, reviewing sell-by dates.
• Using kitchen equipment properly, including refrigerators, slicers, ovens, etc.
• Labeling, stocking, and inventorying merchandise.
• Reporting discrepancies in product orders or shipments.
• Understanding store layout to assist customers efficiently.
• Staying updated with current and upcoming promotions.
