Job summary

Family Fare, LLC is seeking a Bakery/Deli associate to prepare, fry, package, display and stock bakery and deli products while supporting the store’s profitability and guest experience. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to PPE, safety, and food safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma (GED) preferred and at least one year of retail or related experience. This position offers opportunities to contribute across departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Basic math and numeric communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce Bakery/Deli products.
• Package and label Bakery/Deli products per plan.
• Merchandise Bakery/Deli products per plan.
• Stock backroom and rotate products.
• Notify Bakery/Deli Manager when supplies need ordering.
• Follow PPE, safety and food safety guidelines.
• Communicate recipes, weights, and cleaning steps to teammates.
• Assist other departments as needed.
