Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and interact warmly.
• Prepare bakery items for sale (baking, weighing, pricing).
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness.
• Assist with cake decorating when needed.
• Keep cooler, freezer, prep and sales areas clean and sanitary.
• Communicate guest requests to management and report temperature breaks.
• Keep supply area neat and organized.
• Perform front-end duties to minimize guest wait times.
• Announce specials and sale information on PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
