Jeff’s Bagel Run is hiring energetic Crew Members to join a fast-growing team. You’ll hop between positions—from rolling dough to crafting drinks—and learn every part of the business. We offer training and opportunities to advance into leadership roles, with shifts starting early and requiring weekend availability.

Our bakery emphasizes great customer service, teamwork, and pace. Expect a full-time role with 15–40 hours weekly, flexible scheduling, and an employee discount.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or bakery experience is a bonus.
• Candidates should be disciplined, fast, and take pride in consistency.
• Willingness to learn every part of the business and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• General customer service as a top priority.
• Run front of house as part of a team or individually.
• Assist in food prep and operate a cash register.
• Maintain front lobby and inventory counts.
• Support bakers and ensure sanitation of the area.
• Open and close the store on schedule; keep equipment clean.
• Work environment is fast-paced and friendly.
• Shifts may start between 5–7am; weekend availability required.
