Responsibilities

• Perform Opening Procedures upon opening the shop daily.
• Greet Customers and assist with sales, orders or inquiries.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
• Handle initial customer complaints and work toward resolution with supervisor as needed.
• Liaise between front of house and kitchen staff; maintain flow and quality of work.
• Keep track of inventory and replenish as needed; light ordering tasks.
• Perform light project work/order preparation.
• Clean and maintain the storefront, including replenishment.
• Perform Closing Procedures when closing the shop daily.

This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, organization, reliability, thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and ability to relate to customers, sales staff and kitchen staff.

Greet Customers

Assist customers throughout the day with sales, ordering or inquiries.
