Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong math skills to perform basic calculations.
• Effective communication and ability to follow directions.
• Scheduling flexibility including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Six months of experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment.
• Illinois Food Handlers Certificate.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods; lift heavy objects.
• Able to work in hot and cold temperature extremes.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health regulations (ServSafe).
• Prepare food per recipe and supervisor guidance.
• Complete all assigned production priorities daily.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Provide or secure your own tools as needed.
• Inform supervisor of shortages or equipment malfunctions.
